Pakistan tennis has rejected a request from its New Zealand counterpart to have their Davis Cup tie moved to an alternate location.

Pakistan Tennis Federation says New Zealand should be fined if they don't play in Pakistan.

The international body fined Australia $USD10,000 last year for refusing to play in India because of security concerns.
