Did you know that A.R.Rahman was a jury member at the Oscars? Well, I for sure didn't. But good to know that when he's not competing for an oscar, he's actually involved in the process of chosing oscar winners. This is what he had to say,“Being a jury member is a very tough job. I hate to compare the work of different people as I feel everyone who has produced something creative has done it with all his/her heart and soul. It is not right to dissect their work and say who is better and who is not. But awards will have some who will win and some who won’t on that given day. But for me people who have created things are all winners." I guess having been in the running for an oscar himself, he knows what award nominees feel like. More news on the upcoming Jai Ho concert.
